SLAM Productions is a free jazz, contemporary jazz and improvised recorded music label founded by saxophonist George Haslam in 1989, which has released over 250 albums. These include albums from musicians such as Max Roach, Mal Waldron, Steve Lacy, Paul Dunmall, Lol Coxhill, Elton Dean and of course George himself, one of the world’s foremost baritone saxophone and tarogato players.
New releases are in production, a hat-trick of recent duo recordings by some incredible UK jazz artists and improvisers.
